GBWorst company Worst company. Very shady, awful service. Technician was nice and able to fix problem but then company comes back and charges you for euipment on “free” service call. System is never monitored so no faith that cops would come even if alarm goes off. Stay away

GBShady, sneaky, business practices Back in 2018 a technician was sent out to check my alarm panel to make sure it was working properly. When he finished I had to e-sign his form verifying that he checked my panel. He said I would get an email copy. That email copy was an extended contract my husband and I never saw or agreed to. When I called customer service to complain about it, it was a waste of time and we have been stuck in this contract for two and a half years. Sence they want you to cancel in writing 30 days in advance, I will send it 60 days in advance certified mail, return receipt requested. This is a shady company with terrible business practices. If they have to trick you into a contract instead of presenting it to you and letting you decide what you want to do, this is a company I don't want to deal with and wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

GBGHS is the worst when trying to end… GHS is the worst when trying to end your contract. I have been trying unsuccessfully to cancel their service for a month! I have not used the building the system is in for over two years but have paid the bill and now I do not remember the security password to access the account when calling. I have been told they would send me an email to cancel, never happened. I have been told twice a supervisor would call back, never happened. I am to the point now of ripping the equipment off of the wall and then maybe I can get a response. I will never recommend them to anyone!!!

GBWe have had GHS since February 2018 We have had GHS since February 2018. The service is good, customer service when you can reach them is great. They have certain operational hours, so you don't have someone live to speak with 24/7 if there is a technical issue with equipment. However as far as being able to secure home and feel safe, they are great and response time is awesome.

GBGHS / Vio GHS , Worst security company ! I have just been notified that I was billed 2times for my service as an automatic withdrawal! I attempted to find out why and was placed on hold for over 35min, no one picked up! I also NEVER RECEIVED a copy of a signed contract when the installer came, a year later when I still did not know of how to properly set up the alarm, customer service sent me a PDF thru my email and was to small to read off my phone that I called to get a hard copy sent to my home address and they advised me that they don’t do that!!! Now to find out GHS is now Vio Security... when we’re they to advise their customers. Not everyone reads their email and correspondence SHOULD BE ADDRESSED THROUGH THE USPS!! Not satisfied and I’m awaiting to finalize this situation, and what my payment refunded that they withdrew twice this month!!
