GBNot the ADT we had in Texas We have been long time ADT customers in Texas. Just recently moved to Florida and had ADT installed in our home. We were given just ONE fob for the system-could have purchased a second one. We also were told we could control the system on and off via my cell phone. After several attempts, the cell phone access to the system still does not work. There has also been no follow-up to see if it is working. That is just not good customer service and was very disappointing after the 5 star service we were used to in Texas.

GBI do not like the high pressure sales… I do not like the high pressure sales tactics. Buy now or loose the credits toward equipment is unfair to the customer. Installation took until almost 11 pm and I was so tired that I did not comprehend all of the instructions. Have requested and not received a set of written instructions. Also, did not get the USAA Discount.

GBInstaller was completely inexperienced. Installer was completely inexperienced, & what was supposed to take 2-3 hours, took 13 hours for a pretty simple security system. The installer put two sensors into the wrong windows, then forgot to add them back, so I am missing two. I was mischarged for items, and they tried to overcharge me, after the installer came out, so they stuck me with a large additional charge, after telling me everything would be free, with a current promotion. Now I have to go through a 2nd installer coming out to fix all the issues. Buyer beware!!!!! This was a total nightmare!

GBDoor Monitors not Insstalled At Time of Service The young man that came installed everything was new and did not install the door monitors. So I went two months without protection and after much calling and review, finally got them installed and ADT did give me some credit. A representative named Robin was very helpful.

GB2 men arrived at my home too soon and charged me for equipment I didn't order 2 men arrived at my home at 8am, and said they weren't able to see my request for them to come close to 9am. During the install, the experienced installer didn't provide me with the costs upfront until after he installed my panel. Then he charged me for a key fob I didn't order. When I pointed this out, he said most people order the key fob he sold me, and he made a mistake. He said the payment was already completed, and to reverse it would take several phone calls, so I just agreed to pay for it.
