Never Showed Up I scheduled an appointment for a required upgrade to a LTE/5G transmitter on 2/7/22. They never showed up. They called later to re-schedule for one month later. I was told they over booked by 50,000 for that same date. How is that possible? They didn't asked, they told me that will be the date! What a failure operationally. But instead of admitting to it and fixing the problem. They blame the customers for all trying to schedule the upgrade all on the same date, which the system allowed to schedule. Not trustworthy. This required upgrade cost $90 and should not be paid for by the customer.

Excellent in many ways Their customer service listens and captures the issue and arranges the technician visit. The technician was very methodical, and I had no doubt that the issue was fixed when he left. Very happy with Smith Thompson.

I love their service I love their service! I used to use Smith Thompson when I lived in Dallas, and now using them here in San Antonio. Always a low price with fantastic service. Fortunately, in over 3 years of service, I've never had situation where alarm went off so no real life experience with their monitoring speed. However, setting up was easy. Their installation fees were reasonable (forgot that had a new door with no sensors), and no one beats their monthly monitoring fee. I highly recommend them.

Not very Happy. I had my service started on 07/01/2020, the service person was clean and efficient. He set up my service in less then an hour installed a new board so I may use my smartphone to activate the alarm. IT did not work, and it is going to take two weeks before someone can come out and make repairs. I just regret paying up front when I could have been billed.

I have Ben with smithompson Security…18 years I have Ben with smithompson Security company for 18 years and I have been very satisfied every time I’ve had a problem they took care of it so for me that is the customer service they will don’t fix it stay with the one Mr. Tucker thank you Smith Thompson alarm Co.
