A rep by the name of Oliver reached out to me on my issues. The issues were quickly resolved by Oliver. I would recommend them again. I firmly believe in customer service and Oliver delivered it 100%. /

Intermittent electronic lock operation Customer service was very helpful with getting my lock replaced. I just gave them all the information and they’re putting me in contact with parts department with an order number and I appreciate their help.

I called cannon safe customer service… I called cannon safe customer service over a month ago because the lock won't work and I can't get into my safe. They keep saying to try something else I have tried everything they recommend. Then they say they will send locksmith and turn around and tell me to try the same thing over and over. Cannon does not stand behind their product.

I'm rating my cannon 64 safe on every… I'm rating my cannon 64 safe on every site I can so I can get Cannon to stand behind their warranty and fix my electronics lock that has been broke for 2 months, the electronic lock won't lock and their customer service keeps telling me the parts are on the way. Terrible customer service
