GBI just chatted with customer service… I just chatted with customer service rep Toni Rodarte and they were very knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. They assisted me as best they could and, when I could proceed no further, found a way to continue our conversation via e-mail.

GBI got a cannon safe and it was missing… I got a cannon safe and it was missing 2 of 3 spokes to open the door, missing shelf clips to hold up shelves , and my keypad didn’t work. Seems to be a common problem with bad customer service. The lady I spoke with was very unhappy to be at work it seemed like and got irritated after I listed all my problems

GBCustomer Service was great! I purchased a 49 gun Cannon Safe from an independent dealer. I found that when I unboxed my safe it was damaged and missing parts, even the paperwork. I contacted the Customer Service and Toni R. was fantastic. Toni helped me locate important information and shared with me some important documentation. I found this customer service to be helpful and kind! Thank you!

GBWent to Cannon.com to look for shelf… Went to Cannon.com to look for shelf clips, couldn't find any on the site so against my better judgement I decided to start a chat...all good from here. Toni was on the other end and she was fantastic, I was expecting to have to pay if I could get them at all, was also expecting BOT on chat, she was very helpful, explained the warranty coverage, opened a case and sent it to someone who will be in touch and apparently send me clips. This was the best customer support I have had in many years. Toni--since I can't buy you a beer I will have a second one on your behalf this evening. Cheers all and thanks again.

GBAgent was very helpful with… Agent was very helpful with instructions on how to open my Old safe. So thankful!!!
