I dealt with a few different reps and they were all very knowledgeable and helpful. They also were able to give me some additional discounts, which helped me since I am working within a tight budget. The appliances are gorgeous and have a really high quality look and feel. I would highly recommend using Home Outlet Direct for your appliance needs!

GBGreat Customer Service - Brittany Swapping Ranges. Moving and Selling Home. Taking My High End 36" Wolf Range... So Had to Replace.. Much more affordable items... and look great. Ordered one.. Delayed, Delayed.. Weeks.. Not Home Direct's fault - manufacturer's (Covid related). Brittany comes in - suggests similar product. Able to sell at same price. Cancels 1st order.. From when Ordered (Fri afternoon) - delivered in 4 business days. Wow! Amazing Cust Service. Install next day - and house will be on market with new appliance on Tuesday after Labor Day Wknd. Can't say enough positives!

GBBAD PRODUCTS There was a recall on their products because of leaking issues. Just want to make sure to post my voice so that others know to be careful buying from this store. They are sell bad products to good people… its only a matter of time before this business is SHUT DOWN.

GBAbsolutely fantastic experience. Absolutely fantastic company! I purchased a Zline cooktop and it had a small leak. Home Outlet Direct promptly took control of the situation and sent me replacement unit to my door within 2 days! Meanwhile I'm still waiting to hear from Zline. Home outlet direct also responded to my emails immediately with no delay. I'll not only buy all my future appliances from Home Outlet, I'll most certainly recommend my friends and colleague to do the same. They are a fantastic company with great customer service.

GBI bought a mini split system from them… I bought a mini split system from them online and we had issues with it. Finally Mr. cool and home outlet direct agreed to refund it for full price so I sent it back in and now they are refusing to give me my money they have the product and my money they will not answer the phone. They will not transfer your call. I have very poor customer service.
