A perfect ten! Purchase a range and hood from Home Outlet Direct. Both look fantastic, works perfectly. Hood lights are bright with just enough warmth, so it doesn't look like a dental office.. the fans are not quiet, but they aren't too loud either. Loved the fact that you can stretch the hood to 46 inches high (trust me). Range is gorgeous and works great. Cooking has been a pleasure. Delivery included unpacking in home, a great touch. HOD's customer service was great!

Happy with recent purchase I recently purchased a Zline appliance package through Home Outlet Direct. Their customer service was top notch. I dealt with a few different reps and they were all very knowledgeable and helpful. They also were able to give me some additional discounts, which helped me since I am working within a tight budget. This is a SCAM of a company and all of their reviews on here look like they’re FAKE because they are deleting ALL the negative reviews so that no one can really see what a bad business they are. I ended up buying my appliances from Lowe’s who had a better price, better service, and ACTUALLY knew about the products they were selling. DO NOT SHOP ON THIS STORE. I own Wolf and Sub Zero but thought I… I own Wolf and Sub Zero but thought I would try Thor from Home Outlet Direct. For the money saved, its a great product. well worth the money. my entire package, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove cost the same as my Wolf stove at home so I will use Thor again and HOD as my retailer. Nice product, fast delivery, great service.
