Excellent Service at Alarm Grid! Alarm Grid provides excellent service and customer support! I've made several upgrades to my security system and along the way I've dealt with my local rep, Nicholas Fuller, several times. I love that I can just leave my phone # for a call back instead of waiting on hold. It's also very pleasant to speak with someone stateside instead of someone overseas. In all instances, Nicholas has helped me with my upgrade process and get everything integrated into my system smoothly. 5 Stars for excellent security service and bonus points for the stellar customer service!

New customer Programming and Set-up New customer programming and set up by AlarmGrid was excellent. They got my Vista 20P alarm system and LTE Communicator online and operating with TC 2.0 with a basic monitoring plan which is what I wanted. Brandon handled the task front to back. There were a few challenges that he addressed with patience and professionalism. Up on TC 2.0 and it is operating flawlessly thanks to the efforts of Brandon with my new account and all the necessary set up. Highly recommend AlarmGrid for self monitoring with the TC 2.0 tool.
