And the system support I received from Darrel K related to switching over the settings of my rather old ITI system was nothing short of outstanding! He was an absolute delight to work with and the entire process could not have gone smoother or quicker. I have a lot of experience with these kind of things and were it not for his expertise and very methodical approach, it would have taken much longer!
