Resolve my Panel/HomeKit issue Resolve my Panel/HomeKit issue. I had WiFi/HomeKit problems for sometime. I removed All my HomeKit items and restored everything but had some tech issues getting the panel reconnected to HomeKit. I sent Freddie a video of my failed attempts and he pointed out I was on the right track but missing 1 step. He provided walk-thru video via YouTube and I resolved the issue. I’ve had Alarm Grid for several years and this was the first time I needed to reach them for support and they came thru!

Freddie quickly assessed the issue, provided a solution and instituted a fix. At my next Total Connect 2 log-in, everything was PERFECT again! Quick, friendly, efficient support may be hard to find some places...but, NEVER at Alarm Grid. Never disappointed, always impressed! I am very pleased with Alarmgrid I am very pleased with Alarmgrid. Freddie spent over two hours with me and was very patient getting my new communicator activated. It turned out that my system had an old voice board and some bad wiring that was interfering with the system.

And the system support I received from Darrel K related to switching over the settings of my rather old ITI system was nothing short of outstanding!
