Company calls customer liar Company calls customer liar! This company is a literal nightmare! BEWARE. After endless emails with no order delivered, the company say they delivered to my porch( don’t have one) my property has 24 hour CCTV cameras which stores all footage, no delivery was ever made, yet, my truthfulness has been questioned! Rather than accepting this ( cameras don’t lie) they continually harass me by email & refuse to accept that, no order was delivered. A disgusting way to treat customers .. talk about ‘bad customer service’ .. I’ve left it to my bank now, further harassment will mean me taking legal action.

Please please do not purchase this heater This product does not perform as described in he advertising video. The heat produced can only be felt if you are very very close the unit. It will NEVER heat up even a vey small space and for the price it is a disgrace. I initially requested a refund for this product a month ago. However, the hoops that Blaux put in the way has made returning it almost impossible to carry out. On a number of occasions I have been asked for my order number and I have given them ALL the numbers allocated to this purchase. On the email receipt from Global performance it shows a number which I have given them. On the shipping details which arrived with the heater, the Store order number – ditto. And I also gave them the Shipment ID number. Looking through some of the review responses, I am guessing that the “customer services” response will no doubt post a generic apology and ask for them again…. Worse customer service ever.

They had my money from May and we are… They had my money from May and we are in August no fan as yet and I asked for my refund and still no money £119 I needed it in June, I am super mad 😡 with them please don’t trust this company

Bad Company I ordered their product about 3 weeks ago and have not received anything except for apologies from the company. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO WAIT FOR MONTHS TO GET YOUR PRODUCT.

This is the worst service ever This is the worst service ever, I order mine at the end of march and still have no news of where my package is , all that I have are annoying apologies by the company, now I am asking for refund and guess what i got? That’s it more apologies that don’t matter to me. Don’t buy anything
