GBPlease please do not purchase this heater This product does not perform as described in he advertising video. The heat produced can only be felt if you are very very close the unit. It will NEVER heat up even a vey small space and for the price it is a disgrace. I initially requested a refund for this product a month ago. However, the hoops that Blaux put in the way has made returning it almost impossible to carry out. On a number of occasions I have been asked for my order number and I have given them ALL the numbers allocated to this purchase. On the email receipt from Global performance it shows a number which I have given them. On the shipping details which arrived with the heater, the Store order number – ditto. And I also gave them the Shipment ID number. Looking through some of the review responses, I am guessing that the “customer services” response will no doubt post a generic apology and ask for them again…. Worse customer service ever.

GBIf I could give zero stars to Blast, I would. I placed my order for 3 personal neck fans on May 2 which were in stock per the website. All I have received from Blast are apology emails with no information about my order. They are not able to provide a tracking number yet they have billed my credit card. Tried reaching out by phone but they request an email address. No email yet. I have tried requesting a refund and cancellation on their website, but that does not go through. This is the worst company I have dealt with on line. Order # 2218732492

GBSCAM SCAM Please do not order!!! Trying to return my order number 2320276803 rec'd 15.1.2023. Completed forms several times online, still no replies. Has anyone received refunds and how long did it take? Very disappointed with the service and the product. The heaters do not perform as advertised.

GBBad Company I ordered their product about 3 weeks ago and have not received anything except for apologies from the company. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO WAIT FOR MONTHS TO GET YOUR PRODUCT.

GBI ordered 2 on 12/21/22 I ordered 2 on 12/21/22. Still waiting for the delivery. Haven't had an update or heard from them since the confirmation email. How long does it take to receive an order? You received your money right away.
