It will NEVER heat up even a vey small space. I initially requested a refund for this product a month ago. I have since received 8 messages promising to send me a return label but never doing so. This lack of action and delay tactic has SCAM written all over it. If the Company spent as much time responding to the initial request as they have delaying, the issue could have been resolved. Worse customer service ever. Order Number 2220022344. Interesting that each time this post is updated, a quick response from Blast Auxiliary is written, supposedly reaching out resolve the issue. But then nothing further results. No action. No resolution. No response. Nothing.

It will NEVER heat up even a vey small space and for the price it is a disgrace. I initially requested a refund for this product a month ago. However, the hoops that Blaux put in the way has made returning it almost impossible to carry out. On a number of occasions I have been asked for my order number and I have given them ALL the numbers allocated to this purchase. On the email receipt from Global performance it shows a number which I have given them. On the shipping details which arrived with the heater, the Store order number – ditto. And I also gave them the Shipment ID number. Looking through some of the review responses, I am guessing that the “customer services” response will no doubt post a generic apology and ask for them again…. Worse customer service ever.

GBScam ,DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this company I would not even give 1star but had to in order to add this 2nd review with information for others: We have contacted Blast Auxiliary yet again. After they responded to my initial request for a refund, offering discount of item that it not fit for purpose. Please see the following and I will also be following this up with responses from parties contacted. FYI - escalation of our complaint! As we have not heard back from you, we have received no reply whatsoever to our last email (11/03/24 - see thread!) We have now escalated this complaint to Citizens Advice, The Competition and Markets Authority and the Financial Ombudsman, hopefully they will assist us in our complaint and help us to resolve this issue with yourselves, promptly refunding us for the goods of which you supplied to us, that DO NOT work as described on your website. Unfortunately you did not deal with this matter appropriately even though we contacted you within the 30 day money back guarantee time frame, as stated by your company. We will also publish this as a review on Trust Pilot, for all other consumers to make them aware of these terrible issues that we and many others have fallen victim of! It is criminal that this company continues to try and scam people into purchasing their goods and then failing to meet their terms and conditions when a refund is requested! Further updates will be added accordingly, hopefully we can save others from falling prey to this company and their scam.

MXThis is the worst service ever This is the worst service ever, I order mine at the end of march and still have no news of where my package is , all that I have are annoying apologies by the company, now I am asking for refund and guess what i got? That’s it more apologies that don’t matter to me. Don’t buy anything

GBIf I could give no stars I would If I could give no stars I would, I ordered 3 personal neck fans on May 27th 2022, I received an order number almost immediately. Then it all went down hill, after approximately 6/7 emails and around 3 weeks I finally received an email stating it had or was close to being shipped and I received a tracking email, but shock, no tracking number. Then after another 3 weeks and somewhere in the region of 30 emails back and forth no further. Just like the other reviews there was no information forthcoming from blast. Just generic responses with an apology and the same nonsense. How a company can’t track its orders and seemingly can’t communicate with its warehouse is beyond me. I strongly believe this is fraud and I have since given up the hope of receiving my order. I have requested my money back and I have been told it will take 30 days. This I strongly disbelieve. Do not use this company especially from the UK. Like the others have said, you can’t get in touch other than email and numerous attempts to complain to managers or have someone call me falls on deaf ears. For the purpose of the response to this email from Blast, my order number was 2218974201. Blast have responded to my review however I am unaware of how to reply to thief response and as the negative reviews would suggest it’s nigh on impossible to get hold of anyone at Blast
