GBScam ,DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this company I would not even give 1star but had to in order to add this 2nd review with information for others: We have contacted Blast Auxiliary yet again. After they responded to my initial request for a refund, offering discount of item that it not fit for purpose. Please see the following and I will also be following this up with responses from parties contacted. FYI - escalation of our complaint! As we have not heard back from you, we have received no reply whatsoever to our last email (11/03/24 - see thread!) We have now escalated this complaint to Citizens Advice, The Competition and Markets Authority and the Financial Ombudsman, hopefully they will assist us in our complaint and help us to resolve this issue with yourselves, promptly refunding us for the goods of which you supplied to us, that DO NOT work as described on your website. Unfortunately you did not deal with this matter appropriately even though we contacted you within the 30 day money back guarantee time frame, as stated by your company. We will also publish this as a review on Trust Pilot, for all other consumers to make them aware of these terrible issues that we and many others have fallen victim of! It is criminal that this company continues to try and scam people into purchasing their goods and then failing to meet their terms and conditions when a refund is requested! Further updates will be added accordingly, hopefully we can save others from falling prey to this company and their scam.

GBBad Company I ordered their product about 3 weeks ago and have not received anything except for apologies from the company. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO WAIT FOR MONTHS TO GET YOUR PRODUCT.

GBI want a refund I have been trying to get a refund on this blast auxiliary air purifier for over two months. I have only gotten a run around. I am not satisfied with this product, I think it is cheap and not effective.

GBIs this a scam or an honest mistake? On 6 January I inadvertently ordered 2 heaters on the website. I realised my error at once, but was unable to communicate with Blaux to cancel the order. I first discovered that the order had been processed when £98.93 was debited from my PayPal account. The payment was in favour of a business called "Quality per 44" with a phone number in the USA. On 19 January I received a 'no reply' email from "Shipbob", telling me that "Your order 91862177 is packed and will be shipped by Evri". I replied: "I am unaware to what item this email relates. Please do NOT arrange shipment by Evri." That request was ignored. On 11 January I discovered that £98.93 had been debited to my PayPal account. I identified the merchant's contact information as "Quality Performance Ltd Corpn". I emailed the same day: "I do not recognise this order. Please instruct Evri NOT to ship this order, and arrange a refund on my PayPal account." There was no acknowledgement or reply. On 12 January a package without any identification was left on my doorstep, in which were 2 unwanted Blaux heaters. Can you please arrange to email me a return label, and a refund to my PayPal account, in default of which I shall be obliged to treat this as a scam, and to notify all concerned. While the response below claims that the order no quoted related to 2020, that is the ONLY order no I have been given relating to this shipment. It arrived without any identifying documentation. My repeated requests for a return label have been ignored. Having raised a dispute with PayPal, the response of Blaux is " We offer a full 60-day money-back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied........". I am not; but my request for a refund is ignored. I am pretty sure that there is no honest mistake here!!

GBIf I could give no stars I would If I could give no stars I would, I ordered 3 personal neck fans on May 27th 2022, I received an order number almost immediately. Then it all went down hill, after approximately 6/7 emails and around 3 weeks I finally received an email stating it had or was close to being shipped and I received a tracking email, but shock, no tracking number. Then after another 3 weeks and somewhere in the region of 30 emails back and forth no further. Just like the other reviews there was no information forthcoming from blast. Just generic responses with an apology and the same nonsense. How a company can’t track its orders and seemingly can’t communicate with its warehouse is beyond me. I strongly believe this is fraud and I have since given up the hope of receiving my order. I have requested my money back and I have been told it will take 30 days. This I strongly disbelieve. Do not use this company especially from the UK. Like the others have said, you can’t get in touch other than email and numerous attempts to complain to managers or have someone call me falls on deaf ears. For the purpose of the response to this email from Blast, my order number was 2218974201. Blast have responded to my review however I am unaware of how to reply to thief response and as the negative reviews would suggest it’s nigh on impossible to get hold of anyone at Blast
