CAFalse warranty and lying reviews My husband and I were gifted a Dutch oven for our engagement party. I was browning meat in it and the enamel started chipping off. I submitted a ticket and was told I would not receive a replacement as there were 'signs of burning', which is not in line with the care and use requirements. What is the point of a cast iron Dutch oven that cannot be used to brown meat? For the price of the cookware and the fact it is a Dutch oven, it makes no sense for it to only able to be used for 'low to medium' cooking. I then wrote a review on the product, which was not put up due to it being negative. Ergo, they obviously only publish positive reviews on their site, giving a false impression of the product to their customers.

GBDon't waste your money Don't waste your money. Paid £75 for non stick pan to which everything sticks from day one! I read the instructions booklet carefully! It is worse than the £5 , 3 year old pan it is replacing. Customer service was pompous, unfriendly and unhelpful. Date of experience: 14 March 2024

GBAbsolutely Horrid Customer Service. I've purchased two pans from them, both of which were replaced under warranty and both of which only lasted 6 months each. Never once used on high heat and always used with butter or oil. Only used on an electric samsung stovetop. For the price of the pans, the lifespan is not there and the customer service is absolutely abysmal. My most recent interaction with customer service confirmed... A) The rep "ADRIAN B" openly admitted Le Creuset uses toxic "Forever" chemicals on their pans. Took 3 emails to him to fish this information out of him. If you're looking to buy pans from them and are concerned with these toxic chemicals, so please look elsewhere. B) An abhorrent display of any centricity to the customer. This rep (same as above) accused me of using high heat on my pans...something I've never done!! I cook on low and cook simple things like fried eggs.

GBFalse advertising ‘free gift with purchase “ The website says ‘free gift with purchase’ among other statements such as ‘free shipping over $99’. When I received my order, there was no gift . What they said implies all purchases. That’s really sneaky and false advertising. Where’s my gift? I want to return. First time shopping with LC USA but I’m disappointed. I have 4 other pans and many other crockery in storage in europe and I got this to try and feel at home but I have never been so disappointed opening a box of a LC product 👎🏻 way to under-deliver. I should go to retail ombudsman over false advertising.

GBDisappointed Disappointed! Order as Xmas gift for my family, that status haven’t change since I paid.. no updates on dispatch.. 2 weeks before is need it and still will not come ! So expensive and such a rubbish customer service. I have email they sent standard response that I have to wait up to 3 days for any contact ! Not helpful when you trying to revive your goods on time ! Wil not order online ever again from them.
