GBMade an order for products through and… Made an order for products through and add for a cookbook and get a cookware set for free "just pay shipping ". The money was taken from my account but never received anything, not even the cookbook. Promotion said ships out in 2 to 7 days but I never received anything. It has been over a year now and I have moved to another state, but it was over 6 months before I moved. Not sure if they are worth getting, but watch carefully if buying through an add on the internet.

GBFaulty bakeware. Poor value for money Purchased a considerable number of items from the bakeware range. Springform tins after little use now rusting and lining coming away. As these are no longer safe to use I have disposed of them. I sent clear photos to Le Creuset Customer Service and was asked to return items for inspection when photos were perfectly clear. Not sure what has happened to Le Creuset - high price, poor value for money and customer service non existent. Years ago I had a faulty non stick frying pan which was replaced without question. I've made my last purchase with this company

CAFalse warranty and lying reviews My husband and I were gifted a Dutch oven for our engagement party. I was browning meat in it and the enamel started chipping off. I submitted a ticket and was told I would not receive a replacement as there were 'signs of burning', which is not in line with the care and use requirements. What is the point of a cast iron Dutch oven that cannot be used to brown meat? For the price of the cookware and the fact it is a Dutch oven, it makes no sense for it to only able to be used for 'low to medium' cooking. I then wrote a review on the product, which was not put up due to it being negative. Ergo, they obviously only publish positive reviews on their site, giving a false impression of the product to their customers.

NOExtraordinary Good service and quality Extraordinary Good service and quality! I have shopped several times and i have only good experiences. I have reached out for cleaningadvice when i accidentally burned some food in my iron pan and further product information than listed and they answer very helpful and polite. It is much more service than i expect and that makes me trust the company and will gladly shop again. I did one return because of a minor thing and that was no problem. Very Nice Customer service and high quality products. Easy delivery home on my door.

SENo refund I have had a cast iron pot from le creuset for 10+ years. Been careful with it and followed instructions how to cook with it. But the last year the enamel inside the pot cracked. I took it to the shop that I bought it today since the product is supposed to have a lifetime warranty. The staff at Le creuset said that I had been overheating the pot and put it in cold water quickly after. So they cannnot give any refund whatsoever. I am 100 % sure I did not do this, I treated that pot like my second child because of how expensive it is. Now Le creuset have lost a lifetime customer.
