My entire family was a customer of this brand; unfortunately, I will have to turn to other Made In France brands in the future. Staub or Fontignac, I don't know yet.

The money was taken from my account but never received anything, not even the cookbook. Promotion said ships out in 2 to 7 days but I never received anything. It has been over a year now and I have moved to another state, but it was over 6 months before I moved. Not sure if they are worth getting, but watch carefully if buying through an add on the internet.

Do not purchase if based in Ireland Do not purchase from Lecreuset.ie if based in Ireland. I placed an order on November 21st and received a customs request for nearly €700 despite Le Creuset saying that no customs are payable!! I still have not received the goods 6 weeks later even after contacting their helpline and emailing numerous times. Avoid!!!

Somehow they delivered to my old home address in Westminster California when the new owner was away on business. The $1900 package was stolen off their porch. They will not as much as offer me a discount on a repurchase. I will never do business with this company again. Horrible customer service... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

False advertising ‘free gift with purchase “ The website says ‘free gift with purchase’ among other statements such as ‘free shipping over $99’. When I received my order, there was no gift . What they said implies all purchases. That’s really sneaky and false advertising. Where’s my gift? I want to return. First time shopping with LC USA but I’m disappointed. I have 4 other pans and many other crockery in storage in europe and I got this to try and feel at home but I have never been so disappointed opening a box of a LC product 👎🏻 way to under-deliver. I should go to retail ombudsman over false advertising.
