Extraordinary Good service and quality Extraordinary Good service and quality! I have shopped several times and i have only good experiences. I have reached out for cleaningadvice when i accidentally burned some food in my iron pan and further product information than listed and they answer very helpful and polite. It is much more service than i expect and that makes me trust the company and will gladly shop again. I did one return because of a minor thing and that was no problem. Very Nice Customer service and high quality products. Easy delivery home on my door.

Le Creuset kettle. I bought a Le Creuset kettle in May 2022, it started rusting and I could no longer use it. I emailed Le Creuset, they responded quickly and requested that I send them photographs of the kettle and provide further details. They replaced my kettle. Fantastic after care service.

Absolutely Horrid Customer Service. I've purchased two pans from them, both of which were replaced under warranty and both of which only lasted 6 months each. Never once used on high heat and always used with butter or oil. Only used on an electric samsung stovetop. For the price of the pans, the lifespan is not there and the customer service is absolutely abysmal. My most recent interaction with customer service confirmed... A) The rep "ADRIAN B" openly admitted Le Creuset uses toxic "Forever" chemicals on their pans. Took 3 emails to him to fish this information out of him. If you're looking to buy pans from them and are concerned with these toxic chemicals, so please look elsewhere. B) An abhorrent display of any centricity to the customer. This rep (same as above) accused me of using high heat on my pans...something I've never done!! I cook on low and cook simple things like fried eggs.

Communication from Le Crueset state no details of my claim can be found if they give me a contact I can supply info again Had contact with Le Creuset over the past three weeks with regard to a faulty stainless steel kettle. They take several days each time before a reply then ask for numerous photos which were supplied as requested. They ask me to try several remedies which I did without success then finally to return the product for further inspection without any supply of packaging to do so not to mention that I would be without a kettle for up to 10 days! When I explained that I have been unable to source a suitable container I was informed that I could visit my nearest store a two hour (minimum) round trip for inspection of the item but it was likely that this would be wear and tear and not under warranty. This is laughable as there are 2 adults only in the house and I am extremely meticulous in caring/cleaning without exception. Buyer beware of the warranty which is in my opinion a farce!

Made an order for products through and… Made an order for products through and add for a cookbook and get a cookware set for free "just pay shipping ". The money was taken from my account but never received anything, not even the cookbook. Promotion said ships out in 2 to 7 days but I never received anything. It has been over a year now and I have moved to another state, but it was over 6 months before I moved. Not sure if they are worth getting, but watch carefully if buying through an add on the internet.
