Disappointed Disappointed! Order as Xmas gift for my family, that status haven’t change since I paid.. no updates on dispatch.. 2 weeks before is need it and still will not come ! So expensive and such a rubbish customer service. I have email they sent standard response that I have to wait up to 3 days for any contact ! Not helpful when you trying to revive your goods on time ! Wil not order online ever again from them.

False advertising False advertising. Le Creuset Life time warranty my ass. Our very expensive pan doesn't heat evenly and everything sticks to the bottom. After 3 months of following manufactures seasoning instructions still no change. Contacted customer service this was there response. " please kindly note that we do not offer refunds on used items". My conclusion is maybe at one time they were good but now they are manufactured in China. Don't waste your money.

No refund I have had a cast iron pot from le creuset for 10+ years. Been careful with it and followed instructions how to cook with it. But the last year the enamel inside the pot cracked. I took it to the shop that I bought it today since the product is supposed to have a lifetime warranty. The staff at Le creuset said that I had been overheating the pot and put it in cold water quickly after. So they cannnot give any refund whatsoever. I am 100 % sure I did not do this, I treated that pot like my second child because of how expensive it is. Now Le creuset have lost a lifetime customer. Don't waste your money Don't waste your money. Paid £75 for non stick pan to which everything sticks from day one! I read the instructions booklet carefully! It is worse than the £5 , 3 year old pan it is replacing. Customer service was pompous, unfriendly and unhelpful. Date of experience: 14 March 2024
