DONT LOSE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM I ordered 1 chrystal lantern in july 2023 and i never got it. When i asked after 3 months where my order was they claimed i already picked it up. When i wrote back that i hadnt recieved any notification or picked it up and that i wanted a refund they sent some kind of confirmation that it had been picked up and i wouldnt get a refund. When i again wrote that i hadnt picked it up they stopped responding. It was useless to continue arguing so i let it go. I lost aound 80 dollars. But now i saw their ad again where they advertise buy one get one for free but the price is now around 140 dollars for one so there is no ”free” lantern. I never thought about checking trustpilot last year but now i did and 45% 1 star reviews where some say the same thing that they didnt get the order but this company claimed it was already delivered. They are obviously a SCAM. Dont lose your money on them!

My crystal lanterns stopped working on… My crystal lanterns stopped working on month 3 and I messaged Klarako about their 90-days warranty. Without hesitation they shipped and replaced my defective lamp. The fact that it didn't work is why this gets 4 stars- but also I was very pleased that they kept up their promise and I actually do adore these lights
