Wretched experience They are very quick to take your money; very slow to deliver the product you paid for or refund your money. I ordered 2 Reno Floor Lamps in January. I followed up when the order hadn’t shipped after 3 weeks. At first they claimed the order was ready, and I even received a fake shipping notice, before they eventually admitted that the lamps weren’t available in the color I ordered. They stopped responding when I asked about the status of my refund, so I eventually just filed a chargeback with the credit card company.

The Reno Floor Lamp is absolutely… The Reno Floor Lamp is absolutely fantastic! The color option are endless, which opens up so many possibilities. My only tiny gripe is that there weren't any instruction for the buttons- the on /off button looked like a logo to me at first. But a quick email sorted everything out, and the response was immediate. Thank you so much! i'll definitely be placing another order soon.

Had a crystal lantern not work after 5… Had a crystal lantern not work after 5 months which is past the 90 day warranty but they still replaced it. Not sure how often they do but because they did it, I took the liberty of writing this review. Thank You for the kindness, Klarao

Picked up three lamps Picked up three lamps, but one arrived a bit banged up. Short an email over to customer service, and they were absolute rock stars from start to finish. Seriously, major kudos! The lamps themselves are fantastic, but i have gotta give props to their stellar customer service. Definitely gonna be recommending them .

DONT LOSE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM I ordered 1 chrystal lantern in july 2023 and i never got it. When i asked after 3 months where my order was they claimed i already picked it up. When i wrote back that i hadnt recieved any notification or picked it up and that i wanted a refund they sent some kind of confirmation that it had been picked up and i wouldnt get a refund. When i again wrote that i hadnt picked it up they stopped responding. It was useless to continue arguing so i let it go. I lost aound 80 dollars. But now i saw their ad again where they advertise buy one get one for free but the price is now around 140 dollars for one so there is no ”free” lantern. I never thought about checking trustpilot last year but now i did and 45% 1 star reviews where some say the same thing that they didnt get the order but this company claimed it was already delivered. They are obviously a SCAM. Dont lose your money on them!
