SEDONT LOSE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM I ordered 1 chrystal lantern in july 2023 and i never got it. When i asked after 3 months where my order was they claimed i already picked it up. When i wrote back that i hadnt recieved any notification or picked it up and that i wanted a refund they sent some kind of confirmation that it had been picked up and i wouldnt get a refund. When i again wrote that i hadnt picked it up they stopped responding. It was useless to continue arguing so i let it go. I lost aound 80 dollars. But now i saw their ad again where they advertise buy one get one for free but the price is now around 140 dollars for one so there is no ”free” lantern. I never thought about checking trustpilot last year but now i did and 45% 1 star reviews where some say the same thing that they didnt get the order but this company claimed it was already delivered. They are obviously a SCAM. Dont lose your money on them!

GBI bought 10 different lights for… I bought 10 different lights for Christmas from Klarako and had the expeirence of receiving them all in a timely manner. Gifting them to my nieces and nephews who love their interior decor was a great joy to watch. They all adore their new lights!

GBNot what they’d have you believe. I’ve just received my order and I have to say that I’m incredibly disappointed. I purchased the lamp as a birthday present for my mother, and now it’s too late to get anything else. The packaging doesn’t match what they advertise, it’s in a beaten up non-branded box that looks like it’s from a discount store. And the lamp itself, which is described as glass on their site, is some kind of plastic! I thought I was purchasing a premium product, but it seems to be a cheap drop-shipped item from China.

GBI ordered three, one was faulty. I ordered three. Only two functioned. I removed the third one from the box 2 months after purchase and besides not functioning, it wouldn't charge. I got in touch with Klarako, customer service requested a video, I tried to send the video and both it and my repeated written request keeps getting booted back. I am not asking for a refund, but rather a replacement. I give it two stars for the two functioning lanterns. This is not acceptable. Too bad, because I could have given the product a good review.
