GBInstallation went well and WiFi signal… Installation went well and WiFi signal is good throughout the office. The only issue is the cable from the power pole to the office. I was told it would be buried by a subcontractor within a week to 10 days. One month later the cable is still laying on top of the ground.

GBFast, efficient service So far, our experience with Sparklight has been really good. Installation was timely and quick and the technician was professional and friendly. When we asked to have our service moved, again it was timely and quick and the technician was great. Our only dissapointment is the cost of moving the service. It seems a bit high.

GBMy service isnt as strong as I… My service isnt as strong as I expected. My Wi-Fi signal is weak and pops in and out on some of my components. Then the promise that was told to me was delayed because of the agent just forgot.
