GBSigned up for the service some months… Signed up for the service some months ago. Continued receiving a ton of promo on my email box and I could not stopped receiving this spam, and after almost 6 months they have finally stopped this. Very slow management of their email protocol from my point of view

GBThe guy who did the installation was… The guy who did the installation was fantastic. But I have a real problem with the prices you charge for the service you provide. I am deeply disturbed regarding your actions of “protest” concerning the grant we won to have broadband capabilities in rural Lake Providence. Your actions are unconscionable and I will hold you accountable for this act of sheer greed. I am sincerely praying that God will get a hold of you and in His mercy bring to a better decision making process. You provide a “service” to your customers. You treat your customers appallingly because of the prices you charge and you do it because you choose to exploit our “smallness” and rural location. That is wrong. You need to do better and make appropriate changes because you can!!! With no real change to your bottom line and you know it. Stop taking advantage of those of us who are not in a position if power.

GBInstallation went well and WiFi signal… Installation went well and WiFi signal is good throughout the office. The only issue is the cable from the power pole to the office. I was told it would be buried by a subcontractor within a week to 10 days. One month later the cable is still laying on top of the ground.
