Signed up for the service some months… Signed up for the service some months ago. Continued receiving a ton of promo on my email box and I could not stopped receiving this spam, and after almost 6 months they have finally stopped this. Very slow management of their email protocol from my point of view

Very Helpful Both installers were prompt, organized, polite and professional. They were mindful of my work and provided advanced notice of arrival at my office. Both were friendly and answered my questions about the procedure of installation knowledgeably. Great experience.

The guy who did the installation was… The guy who did the installation was fantastic. But I have a real problem with the prices you charge for the service you provide. I am deeply disturbed regarding your actions of “protest” concerning the grant we won to have broadband capabilities in rural Lake Providence. Your actions are unconscionable and I will hold you accountable for this act of sheer greed. I am sincerely praying that God will get a hold of you and in His mercy bring to a better decision making process. You provide a “service” to your customers. You treat your customers appallingly because of the prices you charge and you do it because you choose to exploit our “smallness” and rural location. That is wrong. You need to do better and make appropriate changes because you can!!! With no real change to your bottom line and you know it. Stop taking advantage of those of us who are not in a position if power.

Sales and installer were very professional. Sales person understood our small church's needs and did a fine job of facilitating them with absolutely no pressure. Installer communicated with me before the appointed installation. The installation went off without a hitch. He was knowledgeable, experienced and answered all questions. All around great experience.
