Lots of issues upon initial… Lots of issues upon initial installation. They immediately sent me a replacement set if low beam bulbs for my 16 f150 but wasn't able to get any consistency. Lights going off and on. Removed the antiflicker resistors that I was told needed to be installed and lights work better. Emailed requesting an explanation why I was told they were needed when they were not and never got a reply. Customer service 1 800 number leads nowhere. On line chat isn't at all helpful. Spend the extra money and buy quality. Not recommended

Issues Corrected I was having issues getting the items I wanted ordered, but after online help from Kevin, everything went well. He was able to get the order submitted for me and he was very professional through the whole process, despite the fact that I was kind of grouchy at first due to the issues I was having with the website. Thorough with details Thorough with details, great at asking questions. Emailed me to verify I got the part right for my car on Sunday which was not expected and the delivery arrived super fast. Headlight bulbs fit great and have tons of output, only downside is the locking tabs that are used on the housing are smaller than what the standard bulb is so the locking would not work for my headlights. Probably specific issue to my vehicle and not a fault of the product.
