Tking back my bad review I wrote a review two days ago giving 1 star. I contacted the company again and chatted with Kevin a manager. After exlianing the whole problem Kevin is sending me a complete kit at no charge - THAT'S MAKING THINGS RIGHT, am taking back my bad review

Exceptional service Even though the product could not cooperate with my vehicle, the customer service and attention to detail, was exceptional. I will definitely keep doing business.

Fortunately the HIDS work well Order shipped and delivered as promised. Nicely packaged but I was a little surprised there was no shipping doc for return purposes if necessary, no installation instructions or where to get them (although that was fairly simple to figure out). I had to return the first set of HIDs because, apparently, Hyundai does not use the same connectors for their projector lights as others in the auto industry so. I assume this because I order LEDs from another lighting company and the connectors were the same problem. That's not your fault but that's not mine either. The rep who was doing the fact-finding to determine my issue with the lights finally concurred that I needed H11 and 9005 lights. He topped it off by saying "We won't charge you the 15% restocking fee." Well, bully for youse guys! I gave you the lead; make sure this doesn't happen again to your other Hyundai customers. The other light company didn't threaten me with restock fees. They even paid for shipping the lights back to them. That company was Diode Dynamics. I didn't make my final purchase with them this time because they didn't have HID lights for the Hyundai and I wasn't impressed with the light output from the LED bulbs.

Over all great experience I found everything about the site very easy to use, ordering was a breeze. The light options and color chart was great for understanding which option to choose for my vehicle. First time buyer, and will be buying again in the future.
