We believe lighting should be beautiful and made from premium materials, but who says that has to cost you a fortune? Mitzi was founded in New York’s Hudson Valley with a goal to thoughtfully craft high-design lighting and make it highly attainable.

Poor customer communication I have not received the product yet. When I ordered it ( a while ago) it said to be shipped in 2 weeks. Heard nothing from your company, had to follow up to find out what happened to the light and got a response saying it wasn't in the warehouse. This was my first experience with this company will probably not order again. Poor customer communication

Ordered 8 bulbs over a month ago Ordered 8 bulbs over a month ago. Received 4. Contacted them right away they said they would send the remaining 4 out but it's been over 3 weeks and still no bulbs and no tracking number.

Poor Customer Service Products are beautiful, but customer service is extremely lacking. If your order is perfect, you’ll be in good shape. However if you need help with anything, don’t expect someone to care. I ordered two of the same fixture. One came with a bulb, and one did not. I was told I needed to buy the bulb for an extra fee for the second fixture, despite having the same exact fixture come in the same order with a bulb. I was left on “hold” with customer service for hours, and I didn’t receive a response before the close of business hours. I didn’t need an answer then, but a simple “We’re closing, but I’m going to leave the ticket open” would have been helpful. Instead, I had to reach out again and start over.

LaDonna was wonderful LaDonna was wonderful! I already had some ideas of my own and she helped me hone in on what lights would work best together and fit the look I was going for. Also, she told me when something wouldn’t work size wise. I had another question after our consultation and emailed her. She responded quickly with a helpful response.
