GBGreat customer service from Mitzi I recently ordered the Reese bath and vanity light for my powder room, and it looks so classy and gives off a great mid-century modern vibe. Unfortunately, the install is a little tricky because you have to fit the globe over a disc to fix it in place and it's a bit of a delicate endeavor. During install one of the globes broke, but I reached out to Mitzi and they agreed to send us a new globe free of charge. I am always so appreciative of companies who work so well with customers. GBQuality of lighting is good, too many promotional texts & emails Quality of lighting is good, there is just way too many emails and texts with promotions. I regrettable signed up with my telephone number for texts. I don't need multiple texts per week, light fixture purchasing is not typically a weekly recurring event.

GBPoor customer communication I have not received the product yet. When I ordered it ( a while ago) it said to be shipped in 2 weeks. Heard nothing from your company, had to follow up to find out what happened to the light and got a response saying it wasn't in the warehouse. This was my first experience with this company will probably not order again. Poor customer communication

GBOrdered over a month ago and still hasn't shipped I ordered a lamp back in November and it still hasn't shipped yet. No word from Mitzi on why it's taking so long. I don't mind waiting as I love the design but some acknowledgment that it's taking a very long time to deliver my order would be nice.

Every time I see their lights in person it’s better than what I could hope. The quality is beautiful and the designs are so unique and playful.
