Mitzi was founded in New York’s Hudson Valley with a goal to thoughtfully craft high-design lighting and make it highly attainable.

Beautiful Products and Fast Delivery Beautiful and easy to navigate website. User-friendly check out and amazing products! Mitzi communicates all along the order process, shipping and delivery. And their lighting fixtures are gorgeous!

Bad Service Our order never arrived. It was listed as sent but also stored in your warehouse. Your abysmal customer service did nothing until we finally disputed the credit card charge a month later. You finally at least issued a refund for the several thousand dollar order. What a shame. Your fixtures are attractive and high quality.

Poor Customer Service Products are beautiful, but customer service is extremely lacking. If your order is perfect, you’ll be in good shape. However if you need help with anything, don’t expect someone to care. I ordered two of the same fixture. One came with a bulb, and one did not. I was told I needed to buy the bulb for an extra fee for the second fixture, despite having the same exact fixture come in the same order with a bulb. I was left on “hold” with customer service for hours, and I didn’t receive a response before the close of business hours. I didn’t need an answer then, but a simple “We’re closing, but I’m going to leave the ticket open” would have been helpful. Instead, I had to reach out again and start over.

Great customer service from Mitzi I recently ordered the Reese bath and vanity light for my powder room, and it looks so classy and gives off a great mid-century modern vibe. Unfortunately, the install is a little tricky because you have to fit the globe over a disc to fix it in place and it's a bit of a delicate endeavor. During install one of the globes broke, but I reached out to Mitzi and they agreed to send us a new globe free of charge. I am always so appreciative of companies who work so well with customers. Thank you, Mitzi!
