Had I not emailed to ask, I would have been waiting for over a month with no progress report. It gets to the point where you think you’ve lost your money without ever receiving the product you purchased. But! I finally received an email with a tracking shipment number and all turned out well in the end. FYI, I ordered the rug on Dec. 26th and received it in February. The product is wonderful, the company practices need improvement.

Very annoying business Very annoying business, we purchased a rug on Etsy, which the total cost would normally cover all postage and taxes. We are now being hounded by Fedex for an extra £60. Despite being told this would be sorted out, it has not been sorted now 8 weeks later. 4 letters from Fedex so far, what are you guys playing at?
