GBCommunication I am not a fan of paying a lot of money for an item (rug) and then hearing absolutely nothing from the company weeks later. This is frustrating and discerning. This company needs to send follow-up email(s) like other biz's do - order getting ready, order in production, order shipping soon... it sure would help with my satisfaction as a customer. Hopefully, I will soon be leaving a review on a beautiful rug that was shipped with care...

GBVery annoying business Very annoying business, we purchased a rug on Etsy, which the total cost would normally cover all postage and taxes. We are now being hounded by Fedex for an extra £60. Despite being told this would be sorted out, it has not been sorted now 8 weeks later. 4 letters from Fedex so far, what are you guys playing at?

GBI ordered 2 rugs with pads, have only received 1 rug, other one lost in shipment. I ordered 2 rugs with pads. It took a long time to receive the first rug and I am still waiting for the second rug. Evidently it was lost in shipment. Now I will have to wait even longer for a replacement. The rugs ship from India. I do like the rug that I received, it is good quality and is exactly as pictured online.

GBMy original order came and while the… My original order came and while the quality and colors were AMAZING, the pattern was not symmetrical and did not look good in my space. I contacted The Rug Decor and the remade my rug to be symmetrical. They had me approve the digital rendering before it was made and they expedited the process. My rug is gorgeous and I will definitely order from them again.
