Lovely rugs!! They were very responsive and were accommodating with shipping times. The rug was of a very high quality, so thick and soft! The only slight issue was the colors were not quite as expected or shown in photos, but not enough to deter purchasing from them again. It was an overall great experience. Thank you!

Stunning rug! I received my rug from The Rug Decor and it’s even better than in photos. It’s absolutely beautiful, so soft and the pile is thick enough that it’s comfortable and plush under our feet. Very annoying business Very annoying business, we purchased a rug on Etsy, which the total cost would normally cover all postage and taxes. We are now being hounded by Fedex for an extra £60. Despite being told this would be sorted out, it has not been sorted now 8 weeks later. 4 letters from Fedex so far, what are you guys playing at?
