GBPublic Goods Deletes Negative Reviews From Their Website I have two lifetime memberships for donating to their Kickstarter program when they were getting started. They've been raising their prices pretty significantly over time and it's not even worth it buying their overpriced products anymore. They also deleted any negative reviews I posted, particularly about their cotton tote bag that fell apart after a few uses.

GBPublic Goods has excellent customer service Public Goods sells good products, responsibly sourced and packaged. I especially value their follow-up when something goes wrong: they work to satisfy customers and to be sure that it doesn't happen again. Customer service, in my opinion, will make or break my relationship with a company. I do appreciate the help I got when a product arrived damaged.

GB10 of 10 Love the products, love the prices, and the overall aesthetic. If something does go awry, customer service is swift, clear, concise and helpful. Only thing I would love to see is for more of the products that come in plastic containers shift to paper or compostable polymers like glucose. Same with the chip/snack bags instead of plastic/mylar there are alternatives out there that biodegrade in days/weeks

GBPublic Goods FTW There was a mix up in packaging but customer support responded quickly and was willing to help. This was the first time I've ever had to reach out and I've been ordering from them for years. The products are of high quality and the prices are still reasonable (even with the increases). I love that there's not extra additives or fillers; their cleaning products don't damage the environment. The company is eco conscious and therefore human conscious.
