GBGreat help with a damaged order I have order from public goods before and truly love their products for how natural they are. I placed a big refill order for my house consisting of like 15 products. Unfortunately in its route here almost everything was damaged and not useable except like 3 items. Thankfully the support team was a great help and replied to my damage request with just 2 hours and having everything reorder. I know it wasn’t public goods fault for the damaged products in route but they did a wonderful job at getting all of the items replaced. I will continue shopping with them!

GBAmazing products, made better by incredible customer service! I've loved Public Goods for years, but this past experience really set them above. I ordered the Clay Mask for a rental property and it arrived in a Night Moisturizer jar. Product was fine but just labeled incorrectly. I reached out and within minutes I had a replacement on the way! Wasn't even expecting a replacement (they also offered a refund option)- such a wonderful gesture from a wonderful company. Thank you so much!

GBThey don’t tell you they’re going to… They don’t tell you they’re going to charge you $79 a year for a “membership”! Scam alert! I’m trying to get my $79 bucks back. Let’s see what happens! Update, I was notified they will refund me the membership that they surreptitiously charged me for! Buyer beware!
