Public Good has my heart We love public goods! We’ve been using them for over a year for our shower needs and my husband loves the ramen as well! We love that PG offers clean, simple products that actually work and leave us feeling and smelling clean every day(even 4 smelly kiddos). One shampoo refill bag came busted one time and the next morning I had a free replacement on the way. Their customer service is outstanding as well as the products. I don’t know which I love more!

Caring and flexible I am a member of Public Goods since 2020 and gives me peace of mind knowing they are actively working to make packaging and all containers sustainable. The goal is to take plastic of my life and PG is helping with this. Also, their customer service is amazing. Caring people, fast answers, and flexibility to make things easier for the customer.

They don’t tell you they’re going to… They don’t tell you they’re going to charge you $79 a year for a “membership”! Scam alert! I’m trying to get my $79 bucks back. Let’s see what happens! Update, I was notified they will refund me the membership that they surreptitiously charged me for! Buyer beware!

Responsive customer service! I was able to contact customer service to update my subscription processing date. They sent me an online invoice right away, and the items reached me quickly! Thank you, Public Goods!

Amazing Company I love the use of clean ingredients in everything that Public Goods sells. I feel safe using the products and appreciate the product transparency upfront before I even purchase. I think there are areas of improvement as well: Such as the website interface, managing auto shipments, and the use of Plastic. I try to limit my plastic consumption as much as possible and I would love for Public goods to offer a take back program for their plastic packaging of bulk refills and other plastic materials used in shipping certain items. So this way they can be reused and upcycled in house at public goods. I really hate to have to throw them away after I finish refilling, seems like such a waste when they could be sent back, cleaned, and given to a new customer. Please become plastic packaging free! Plastic is awful for the environment.
