My Momo stone bath mat came in with a chip and Rafael from customer service was able to send a replacement promptly once he received the photos showing the shipping box damage and the damage on the mat that corresponded. We love that there is no wet rug to harbor bacteria. Would highly recommend the Momo Stone Bath Mat.

Great customer response This is a mat. I’ve been thinking about it for so long and finally pull the trigger was extremely excited when I received the product but it was not exactly what I ordered. I contacted the customer service team and immediately they jumped into action to rectify the situation they went above and beyond to make it 100% right Rafael took the time and interest to make sure my needs were looked after and dealt with an efficient and professional manner. Momo lifestyle water dispenser We have the Momo lifestyle 4.5 gallon water dispenser. We love it! Fits perfect. Love the modern, minimal look. Works great with a strong flow of water. Love the customizable functions to set the perfect amount to fill our smaller glass water bottles. It recently stopped charging so i called customer service. They were very helpful and friendly and are sending us a replacement within our warranty. Very happy with this company and product!

Amazing customer service Love the water pump and now I love this company even more. I emailed customer service due to the pump having issues and received super helpful advice from Rafael Santana on how to try to fix it. Was unsuccessful but he honored the warranty and sent out a new unit right away. Highly recommend!
