Great Customer Service Ordered a 20L water jug sleeve around 3 months ago and the stitches were already coming apart. Emailed the customer care team and they were quick enough to resolve the issue by sending a replacement for me in 2 days. Happy with the overall experience.

Beautiful product…Exceptional Service Exceptional and easy service and a great product too! I love the look of the stone mats but one did crack in the corner. I emailed the company and showed a picture of what occurred. Since it was within a year, their warranty covered it. But what I loved most was how easy and responsive the company was. I got a quick response saying they were sorry about the crack and that they have already sent out a new one. Who has service like that these days anymore? I don’t come across it often and when I do, I know that’s a company I want to do business with. Again…beautiful product and superb service.

Very nice product Wish I could remember what I was searching for when I saw very informative site about Momo-lifestyle bath mat. I liked the information presented and that this product is better than stepping out of a shower onto the rug you stepped on yesterday and the day before. My order was shipped quickly and arrived well packaged. It’s been only a few days of use so far and I’m extremely pleased with my purchase.

My Momo stone bath mat came in with a chip and Rafael from customer service was able to send a replacement promptly once he received the photos showing the shipping box damage and the damage on the mat that corresponded. We love that there is no wet rug to harbor bacteria. Would highly recommend the Momo Stone Bath Mat.

Just be sure I had to return the mat because it just didn't work in my bathroom. The company is great and they worked hard to get things sorted. Just be sure that you want the mat because returning it is expensive through USPS. Momo Lifestyle people were kind enough to figure out how to help, just make sure you read the return shipping policy. I really like the mat and wish it could have worked out.
