Great Stone Shower Mat Easy order and quick delivery! We love the large stone shower mat. Dries quickly and don't have to worry about mold or mildew.

Nice product and great customer service The bath mat is very nice looking, but the first one arrived damaged on one of the corner. I contacted customer service and Rafael quickly sent me a replacement mat for free and followed up multiple times to ensure that everything is OK. Overall great customer service and I'm happy with the bath mat.

Just be sure I had to return the mat because it just didn't work in my bathroom. The company is great and they worked hard to get things sorted. Just be sure that you want the mat because returning it is expensive through USPS. Momo Lifestyle people were kind enough to figure out how to help, just make sure you read the return shipping policy. I really like the mat and wish it could have worked out.

Potentially great product, but... I bought this particular stone bath mat because of its larger size than most others. Ordering and delivery were easy and fast. The mat itself is nice except for one glaring characteristic which for me was initially a problem. The mat is bowed in the center. None of the four corners which have anti-skid pads touches the floor. The first time I exited the shower the mat moved a few inches. That caught me off guard and I almost fell. I'm a 72 year old geezer and not as agile as I was in my youth. Why those pads are located where they are is beyond me. To remedy the situation I installed rug anchors on the entire bottom of the mat. One side of the mat is still raised about 1/4" above the floor, but the opposite side and about 80% of the mat from that side all the way to the other is contacting the floor and securely in place.

Request for Shipment Status I recently had to email your customer service department to ask them a question about my order that was being delivered to my location. Once I submitted my email to your customer service department, I received a response promptly by your employee, by the name of Rafael Santana. Rafael in his email response, assured me that there was no need for me to worry about my order and that the merchandise was on its way to my location. Rafael provided a link in the email where I could track the status of the shipment. Once I received my order, I sent Rafael a courtesy email to let him know that I received my merchandise. I also was impressed how well my merchandise was packaged and also was elated about the prompt delivery. Overall, I am a satisfied customer and thanks to Rafael and your packaging department for a job well done!
