Once I submitted my email to your customer service department, I received a response promptly by your employee, by the name of Rafael Santana. Rafael in his email response, assured me that there was no need for me to worry about my order and that the merchandise was on its way to my location. Rafael provided a link in the email where I could track the status of the shipment. Once I received my order, I sent Rafael a courtesy email to let him know that I received my merchandise. I also was impressed how well my merchandise was packaged and also was elated about the prompt delivery. Great customer response This is a mat. I’ve been thinking about it for so long and finally pull the trigger was extremely excited when I received the product but it was not exactly what I ordered. I contacted the customer service team and immediately they jumped into action to rectify the situation they went above and beyond to make it 100% right Rafael took the time and interest to make sure my needs were looked after and dealt with an efficient and professional manner. My Momo stone bath mat came in with a chip and Rafael from customer service was able to send a replacement promptly once he received the photos showing the shipping box damage and the damage on the mat that corresponded. We love that there is no wet rug to harbor bacteria. Would highly recommend the Momo Stone Bath Mat.
