GBsalesperson was friendly and helpful… salesperson was friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. Assuming the rubber roll is as firm as she described it was a bit less expensive (even with shipping) than an interlocking product from Home Depot that did not sit smoothly. It was also a better fit for my space. I am looking forward to receiving the 4cx10 roll for my home gym :)

GBAfter many attempts to find my order After many attempts to find my order. The last customer service representative took great care of me. She as professional, kind and patient. I don’t like the live chat because it’s not a real person and I never received a follow up when leaving a message as suggested. I missed a deadline and lost money after no communication in my initial order. I do love the product but please work on communication.

GBAfter simply inquiring about an order… After simply inquiring about an order status that wasn’t available in the website, was put on hold for 20 minutes listening to about a 30 second audio loop. Finally hung up without receiving an answer to a seemingly simple inquiry. So I texted requesting the order status information. Now,I’m asked to provide a survey. Really?
