GBI ordered a friend birthday flowers and… I ordered a friend birthday flowers and they were accidentally delivered to the wrong address by FedEx. Fresh Sends team was so kind, made it right immediately, and shipped her out a new bouquet next day. Super grateful!

GBI accidentally put the wrong delivery… I accidentally put the wrong delivery address and was so worried my loved ones wouldn’t get my package. They were on my email first thing in the morning after my email and fixed my mistake. I’m so grateful! Will definitely use FRESHSENDS again!

GBFresh Sends never fails to send the… Fresh Sends never fails to send the most iconic bouquets, have the most generous service, and provide uplift to their customers day after day. I had a bouquet that got stuck in transit due to weather and fresh sends sent a new bouquet right away, and offered great service. Truly impressed by their turn around even through the delivery service trouble.

GB11/10 Customer Service 11/10 Customer Service. Due to the holiday weekend, the flowers I ordered, when shipped, were nearly dead. I emailed FS & they replied to me within 8 hours. Not only were they super understanding, but also sent my gf a new shipment of flowers and a discount code for my next purchase. I already loved this company for their aesthetic—but this just set the bar! I will only be buying flowers online from here & will spread the word more often! GBThese jokers were the worst These jokers were the worst. I've waited two different days for deliveries that never showed up. I'm in Brooklyn, NY, they deliver through Fed Ex which is clearly a mistake. Run, don't walk, away from this incompetent over priced joke of a florist. Their service is horrendous.
