GBLATE DELIVERY ON VALENTINES DAY LATE DELIVERY ON VALENTINES DAY. This business does not take ownership over late deliveries. They'll tell you that it's the third party's fault. Despite having placed my order early January, my Valentine's Day surprise was ruined, I do not recommend this business at all! Very expensive flowers, around $100, to not have been delivered at my desired date. Unacceptable, please avoid!

GBPhenomenal!! My mother is going thru chemo and I wanted to brighten her day, she couldn't rave enough about the flowers :-) My mother and father both commented how fresh and colorful the bouquet was. Thank you for letting me take care of my mom from the other side of the country. Hearing her sound so happy and bubbly over the phone was more than I could ask for, and for that I am forever grateful.

GBChange in order I made an order, my first, and right after I realized I actually was not gonna be available for the delivery date so I emailed them to ask if I could move the date and their customer support responded quickly they were so helpful, kind and understanding . They helped me change the delivery date and I can’t wait to receive them !

GB11/10 Customer Service 11/10 Customer Service. Due to the holiday weekend, the flowers I ordered, when shipped, were nearly dead. I emailed FS & they replied to me within 8 hours. Not only were they super understanding, but also sent my gf a new shipment of flowers and a discount code for my next purchase. I already loved this company for their aesthetic—but this just set the bar! I will only be buying flowers online from here & will spread the word more often! Thank you FS for your amazing customer service x
