GBbeautiful packaging not pretty flowers Very beautiful packaging. The flowers not so much. The first set was for a birthday gift and they arrived and only a few of the buds had bloomed. I had to go out and spend more money on another companies flowers because it was embarrassing to give that to someone. I kept them for myself and waited for them to bloom. They never did until the few that did died. I asked asked for my money back and they said they had a 72 hour return policy, which is interesting since it took longer than that to see if they would bloom. Instead they sent replacement flowers which was not what I wanted and a little too late for the reason I bought them. The replacement flowers were not the same level I had purchased and showed up already wilting and almost dead. Won’t use their company again. You can get much cheaper and prettier flowers just about anywhere else and with a vase.

GBLATE DELIVERY ON VALENTINES DAY LATE DELIVERY ON VALENTINES DAY. This business does not take ownership over late deliveries. They'll tell you that it's the third party's fault. Despite having placed my order early January, my Valentine's Day surprise was ruined, I do not recommend this business at all! Very expensive flowers, around $100, to not have been delivered at my desired date. Unacceptable, please avoid!

GBI accidentally put the wrong delivery… I accidentally put the wrong delivery address and was so worried my loved ones wouldn’t get my package. They were on my email first thing in the morning after my email and fixed my mistake. I’m so grateful! Will definitely use FRESHSENDS again!

GBChange in order I made an order, my first, and right after I realized I actually was not gonna be available for the delivery date so I emailed them to ask if I could move the date and their customer support responded quickly they were so helpful, kind and understanding . They helped me change the delivery date and I can’t wait to receive them !

GBSo nice and helpful!!! I’m so thankful for this customer service. Amazing! I had trouble with my order for a friend and I was a little bummed, but Sunny was incredibly helpful and patient. They put me at ease. I will definitely be recommending Fresh Sends to friends and will be ordering for myself. Love the idea that you get a different bouquet every time, but the aesthetic is very what I’m looking for—modern, a little wild yet somehow clean. Thank you!!!
