I had an issue with my last delivery and contacted customer service and let me tell you, they went above and beyond to make things right! It made me feel seen, loved, and heard! Which is what their story is about ❤️ To find a company who actually cares about making things right is rare these days! If you haven’t used fresh sends, I highly recommend that you do! The flowers are just as beautiful as you see online… My order was delayed an extra day, but they stepped up and sent another batch of flowers out.

Fresh Sends is my go to for flowers Fresh Sends is my go to for flowers! I ordered flowers for my mother in law and they were delayed in getting to her before she went out of town. I reached out to customer service and they immediately responded and arranged for a new bouquet to be delivered to her. Overall great experience with them!

Phenomenal!! My mother is going thru chemo and I wanted to brighten her day, she couldn't rave enough about the flowers :-) My mother and father both commented how fresh and colorful the bouquet was.
