I had a bouquet that got stuck in transit due to weather and fresh sends sent a new bouquet right away, and offered great service. Truly impressed by their turn around even through the delivery service trouble.

Change in order I made an order, my first, and right after I realized I actually was not gonna be available for the delivery date so I emailed them to ask if I could move the date and their customer support responded quickly they were so helpful, kind and understanding . They helped me change the delivery date and I can’t wait to receive them !
