Beautiful planter! We ordered the large planter in a wooden stand, and we couldn’t be happier. It was packaged carefully and arrived in perfect condition. We love everything about it, including the color pebble, and it works beautifully in our living room.

What's up with my order? It’s been a full week since placing my order, but I haven’t received any information about its status. When I login to look it up, it says “waiting to be fulfilled”. Why? Is it on backorder? Until when? Warehouses no longer take a week to ship orders so something is wrong, but I have no idea when to expect this order.
