GBTerrible policies for returns I ordered two items. One was perfect. One was too large. I wanted to exchange the too large item for a smaller size. The company doesn't do exchanges so I had to return one item and place an entirely new order. Annoying. Then, instead of providing me with a return shipping label, they had to arrange pick up -- with a day lag every time we communicated. Annoying. As a result of some miscommunication, it turned out to be easier for me to ship the item back myself at my cost. Annoying. Then, once the return is received, I am charged a substantial restocking fee + a portion of the outbound shipping. Annoying. I'd think if a customer was exchanging an item, there could be some accommodation on the restocking fee.

GBSamples were a blessing. Without having seen these samples, I would have made a dreadful mistake in ordering my dining room chairs. Definitely worth the ten bucks, and this is the only company I found that carries samples of the finish on these chairs. Extremely helpful.

I am on a budget & while shopping on the Urbilis site, if I couldn’t afford my first choice there were several other amazing options to chose from. I am so happy that all 4 planters add the highend feel I was going for!

GBREFUND policy unacceptable! REFUND policy unacceptable!! I've reached out two times over the course of four days via chat and still have not received any return shipping information. The process is extremely inefficient and time consuming. Will most likely not order from Urbilis again.
