Beautiful Planters Beautiful Planters! Ordered two and actually the top edge of one planter was cracked. I took pics and sent in to customer service. Their attention was prompt and first class. Sent me a replacement planter which I received quickly. So nice to work with a company who will stand behind their product and appreciates the customer. This is what creates a loyal customer! Damaged planter not replaced! One of the two planters arrived completely damaged. I reached out immediately to your staff, sent a ton of pictures to a guy named Danny and have not heard back when I’m going to be getting a replacement and it has been quite some time now. This is totally unacceptable!
