GBWonderful products and customer service I ordered a number of great planters and pots. Because some were special order and non-returnable, a customer service agent checked back with me to make sure I understood that - which I appreciated. My in-stock items have arrived and now I'm anticipating my special order. I am very pleased with everything.

GBWhat's up with my order? It’s been a full week since placing my order, but I haven’t received any information about its status. When I login to look it up, it says “waiting to be fulfilled”. Why? Is it on backorder? Until when? Warehouses no longer take a week to ship orders so something is wrong, but I have no idea when to expect this order.

GBTerrible policies for returns I ordered two items. One was perfect. One was too large. I wanted to exchange the too large item for a smaller size. The company doesn't do exchanges so I had to return one item and place an entirely new order. Annoying. Then, instead of providing me with a return shipping label, they had to arrange pick up -- with a day lag every time we communicated. Annoying. As a result of some miscommunication, it turned out to be easier for me to ship the item back myself at my cost. Annoying. Then, once the return is received, I am charged a substantial restocking fee + a portion of the outbound shipping. Annoying. I'd think if a customer was exchanging an item, there could be some accommodation on the restocking fee.

GBGreat products and personal attention! We needed color swatches since our planters were made to order from Spain and non-returnable. A person with a name, Paige, contacted me and sent swatches-then followed up to make sure I'd received them. I did received and ordered the planters. I recieved a head's up that the order had shipped from Spain from my same contact, Paige. My client recieved the planters, texting me upon receipt that she was delighted with them! The follow through and personal contact was very important to making this order happen. Very happy!
