When the color I needed was in back order and they had only 2 of the 3 I needed in stock, I received a personal email from the Urbilis Brand Manager, Mary. She went over options to make sure I had the products I needed and even satisfied the order with a different color from a separate warehouse. This is quality business working at its best. GBWhat's up with my order? It’s been a full week since placing my order, but I haven’t received any information about its status. When I login to look it up, it says “waiting to be fulfilled”. Why? Is it on backorder? Until when? Warehouses no longer take a week to ship orders so something is wrong, but I have no idea when to expect this order.
