When there was a delay in shipping them due to a manufacturer's delay, Nick S., Customer Care Specialist, was wonderfully responsive. He checked on my order and addressed my delivery inquiry. Nick sent me well-written emails, regarding the delay, and the arrival expectation of my planters. They arrived just as he told me they would. Wonderful products and customer service I ordered a number of great planters and pots. Because some were special order and non-returnable, a customer service agent checked back with me to make sure I understood that - which I appreciated. Damaged planter not replaced! One of the two planters arrived completely damaged. I reached out immediately to your staff, sent a ton of pictures to a guy named Danny and have not heard back when I’m going to be getting a replacement and it has been quite some time now. This is totally unacceptable!
