Had a great experience Ryan worked with me to answer my questions and processed my order immediately. I purchased the Powerking 34 ton splitter. Due to no fault of Ryan's the splitter does not come with assembly instructions. You better be able to figure out the small parts diagram to figure out how to put it together. The manufacturer has a video on YouTube showing the assembly of their 42 ton which is much simpler than the 34 ton. It is astonishing a piece of equipment like this has no assembly instructions. I was also missing nuts, bolts and washers. Once I got it assembled it is a beast and I'm really happy I bought the kinetic. It's a shame the manufacturer either lacks the pride of their equipment or just doesn't care about their customers. This rant is totally directed a Powerking. Ryan is awesome.

Professional Operation Ordered a Power King 5 inch wood chipper that was on-sale W/electric start & extended axel & included shipping. Verified price & extras by phone W/Ryan before I ordered, he confirmed them as included. Placed the on-line order and received a confirmation. Item arrived in large semi, lift gated to ground at my barn door. I do recommend you have someone to help you if you do not have equipment to move a small 450 pound pallet. A large furniture dolly would probably work too. All in all, a good experience. I recommend Wood Splitter Outlet as a retailer for wood/timer equipment.

The product was exactly what I ordered and has worked perfect for my needs so far. I have 70 acres of tree farm so I have been using the chipper a lot and it has worked flawlessly so far. Thank you

All aspects of transaction were good, except... All aspects of transaction were good, except one - UPS freight is the only delivery option. UPS delivery is clearly stated as curbside, which means where your driveway meets the street. You need to a way to move a 450 lb. crate. The chipper itself is powerful, with heavy duty construction. The price was good and well worth spending extra - it does the job as advertised.
