UPS delivery is clearly stated as curbside, which means where your driveway meets the street. You need to a way to move a 450 lb. crate. The chipper itself is powerful, with heavy duty construction. The price was good and well worth spending extra - it does the job as advertised.

The emergency shut off switch vibrated loose a few times but that's OK, I would suggest To post on the hopper to look down it every time before starting, Just in case something or someone didn't get in it, Even if you just took a 10 minute break. After I bought the unit I noticed that one of the big box stores had the same unit for a few hundred dollars less. When I contacted Wood Splitter Outlet, they looked at the advertised price and more or less gave me a refund for the difference from what I paid. They did the same when I noticed the replacement blades on sale from yet another company. They stand by their prices and are very responsive. Also, the chipper arrived in only a few weeks after I ordered it. I would definitely buy from them again as their customer service is top notch! John

Excellent product, service and price. We ordered our new log splitter from Wood Splitter Outlet as they had the best price with free shipping and lift gate delivery. We are very happy with their excellent customer service--Ryan is very helpful and is great with follow through (thank you so much Ryan). We love our new splitter!! Received it last week and we have already split a couple cords of wood. It does an excellent job and exceeded our expectations!

Not really much to say. Not really much to say. This company was great to work with. I needed financing and they help me with that. When I was having a little trouble with the finance company they took the horse by the reins and help me get that straighten out. The product arrived in great shape and within the time frame I was quoted. Once fully assembled I put it to the test running some dried cedar through her and she worked like a charm. If I have a need for any of their other equipment I will be ringing their doorbell. Great company to deal with.
